As per our cancellation and refund policy, customers can request a cancellation up to 24 hours after placing an order and receive a complete refund. Cancellations made after this point may be subject to a processing fee. Refunds will be processed using the original payment method within seven business days.

Refund Policy

The ABT Packers and Movers return policy stipulates that refunds for our services are available within a 30-day period. Should you not be satisfied, contact our customer care within 30 days of your purchase to initiate the refund process.All reimbursements will be made using the original form of payment.

Cancellation charges against booking

5% of the entire booking price or Rs. 1000, whichever is higher.
